Head of Global Sales

Doona is a globally recognized consumer Goods company operating in over 85 countries worldwide. We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Head of Global Sales to lead our international sales organization and drive the next phase of global growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the global sales strategy across international markets, channels, and customer segments.

• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing global sales team across multiple regions.

• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.

• Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, strategic partners, and key global accounts.

• Identify new business opportunities and lead market entry initiatives.

• Lead strategic commercial negotiations and partnership agreements.

• Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, performance management, and business planning.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Product, Planning, Operations, and Finance teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in senior sales or commercial leadership roles.

with a minimum of 5 years in a global or multi-regional environment.

• Proven success leading international sales teams in global or multi-regional environments.

• Strong experience in consumer goods and multi-channel sales models, including distributors, retail, and e-commerce.

• Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.

• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
