We help organizations design, implement, and operate modern identity, endpoint management, authentication, and access security platforms, serving as a trusted technical partner throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

We are looking for a highly skilled IAM / MDM & Innovation Engineer to lead the delivery of professional services, support presales activities, and provide ongoing technical expertise for identity, access management, endpoint management, and network authentication solutions delivered by Unicloud.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role involving solution architecture, implementation, integration, troubleshooting, customer enablement, and technical leadership. In addition, the role includes continuously researching emerging technologies and identifying innovative cybersecurity vendors and products for Unicloud to represent across Israel and the EMEA region.

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for identity, endpoint management, authentication, and access security solutions.
• Design and implement secure authentication workflows, certificate-based authentication, and device onboarding processes.
• Integrate solutions with customer environments, including identity providers, cloud platforms, networking infrastructure, and endpoint management systems.
• Ensure implementations follow security best practices while meeting scalability, operational, and compliance requirements.
• Own customer onboarding, deployment, migration, and production readiness processes.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point during implementations and post-deployment engagements.
  

• Continuously evaluate emerging cybersecurity technologies and vendors.
• Identify innovative products that complement Unicloud's portfolio and can be introduced to the Israeli and EMEA markets.
• Perform technical evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and vendor enablement for new technologies.

• Deliver onboarding sessions, technical workshops, and best-practice guidance for customers.
• Create and maintain implementation guides, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles.
• Share technical expertise internally and contribute to continuous knowledge development across the organization.

• Strong hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), Endpoint Management (MDM/UEM), authentication, or network security solutions.
• Strong experience administering and troubleshooting macOS environments.
• Solid understanding of PKI, digital certificates, authentication protocols, and access control concepts.
• Strong networking fundamentals, including RADIUS, 802.1X, EAP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience integrating cloud-based SaaS security platforms with enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layer technical issues across networking, identity, and endpoint technologies.

• Experience working directly with enterprise and mid-market customers.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Strong ownership mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
• Willingness to travel to Israel approximately twice per year.

• Hands-on experience with Iru (formerly Kandji), SecureW2, or similar IAM, PKI, MDM, or Zero Trust platforms.
• Experience in Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
• Team Lead or technical leadership experience.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, Security+, or relevant vendor certifications.
• Experience with Zero Trust architectures, endpoint security, or enterprise device management.
