The company identifies high-value legal violations at scale in areas such as digital privacy, consumer protection, employment, and statutory claims, often before they become publicly known. Its technology monitors live websites and digital properties, forensically documents violations, and delivers litigation-ready case files with statutory mapping, evidence chain of custody, and confidence scoring. Koladin provides first-to-file origination intelligence for class action and mass arbitration practices by detecting violation patterns across thousands of web properties. For funders and investors, the platform offers portfolio-grade case intelligence, early access advantage, and transparent underwriting data.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Legal Analyst and Partnership role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The role focuses on analyzing potential legal violations identified by Koladin’s platform, assessing case viability, and supporting the preparation of litigation-ready materials for clients. The Legal Analyst and Partnership team member will review statutory frameworks, interpret relevant regulations, and collaborate with legal and product stakeholders to refine case criteria and risk assessments. The role also includes drafting and reviewing partnership agreements, supporting business development initiatives, and maintaining strong communication with plaintiff firms, litigation funders, and other partners. Day-to-day activities involve legal research, documentation, internal reporting, and contributing to strategic initiatives that expand Koladin’s network and enhance the value of its case origination intelligence.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law, with knowledge of areas such as digital privacy, consumer protection, employment, and statutory claims.
- Excellent Analytical Skills, including the ability to evaluate complex legal issues, assess case strength, and interpret data-driven insights.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting legal memos, case summaries, and litigation-ready documentation.
- Experience with Contractual Agreements, including reviewing, drafting, and supporting negotiations with legal and commercial partners.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across legal, product, and business teams.
- Relevant academic background such as an LL.B., J.D., or equivalent legal degree; bar admission is an advantage.
- Previous experience in litigation, class actions, mass arbitration, or legal consulting is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Tel Aviv District, manage multiple priorities, and operate in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Hebrew or additional languages is a plus.
