Role Description The PPC Manager – Paid Search & Social Advertising is a full-time, on-site role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels. Daily tasks include keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy creation, budget management, bid optimization, and ongoing performance monitoring. The PPC Manager will analyze campaign data, generate performance reports, and provide insights to improve lead generation, customer acquisition, and overall marketing ROI. Collaboration with the marketing, creative, and analytics teams is essential to ensure consistent messaging, effective landing pages, and alignment with broader digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong digital marketing skills, including experience in Digital Marketing and broader Marketing strategy.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing for paid campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and other social networks.
- Experience with Lead Generation through targeted paid search, paid social, and conversion-focused campaign structures.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
- Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager or similar), including budget allocation and bid management.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Relevant academic background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is preferred.
- Experience with e-commerce or consumer products, particularly in global markets, is a plus.
