Currently experiencing massive growth with thousands of active users, projecting revenue growth, and deploying aggressive multi-million dollar omnichannel marketing budgets.
As they enter their next phase of hyper-growth, they are seeking a visionary, strategic, and business-driven Chief Marketing Officer to join our executive leadership team.
The Role
As a member of the management board, reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, you will own the entire marketing vision, strategy, and execution.
You will be responsible for orchestrating an annual media budget of millions of dollars across all touchpoints (TV, Digital, OOH, Brand, and Social). Leading an agile internal team and managing top-tier external global agencies, you will break psychological barriers, educate the market, and transform how consumers interact with their long-term financial future.
Key Responsibilities
Holistic GTM & Strategy: Design and execute the overarching marketing strategy for the Israeli market while setting up the framework for long-term US digital growth.
Omnichannel Budget Orchestration: Direct and optimize annual budget across TV, Digital, Outdoor (OOH), Performance, Branding, and Social Media.
Market Education & Trust Building: Lead a consumer revolution, converting traditional offline habits into a seamless digital application experience by building absolute brand trust.
Agency & Vendor Ecosystem Management: Select, manage, and maximize the performance of diverse creative agencies, performance houses, and global marketing vendors.
Out-of-the-Box Growth: Initiate bold, non-traditional commercial partnerships and creative marketing loops to lower CAC and accelerate massive user acquisition.
Strategic Leadership: Act as an influential board member, aligning marketing performance with hard business growth, KPIs, and corporate revenue goals.
Requirements:
B2C Marketing Leadership: Proven experience as a CMO, VP Marketing, or Head of Marketing in a fast-paced, high-growth consumer-facing company (e.g., On-Demand Apps, Mobility, Consumer Tech, E-commerce, or Digital Banking).
Large-Scale Budget Management: Direct tracking record of managing annual media budgets across traditional and digital channels combined (Omnichannel experience).
Brand + Performance Mastery: A deep understanding of emotional brand storytelling and consumer psychology, combined with the analytical capability to direct performance data effectively.
Category Building Experience: Demonstrated success in leading campaigns that changed consumer habits or disrupted traditional legacy industries (moving users from old-school services to digital alternatives).
