B2B Marketing Lead
Tarzo develops AI-powered software and infrastructure for performance marketing.
Our platform brings together AI agents, workflow automation, campaign intelligence, and proprietary technology to simplify and scale the way performance marketers operate across the performance marketing ecosystem.
Today, Tarzo works with performance marketers, publishers, agencies, and enterprise partners through both its technology platform and managed media services. As our AI product suite continues to expand, we're looking for our first dedicated B2B Marketing Lead to help evolve our brand, sharpen our positioning, and bring our story to market.
This is an opportunity to define how an established technology company enters its next phase of growth.
About the Role
This isn't a role where you'll inherit a playbook. You'll help build it.
We're looking for someone who's excited to experiment, move quickly, and rethink how B2B technology companies market themselves in the age of AI. We want to test ideas that stand out, challenge conventions, and build a brand people genuinely enjoy following.
This is a highly hands-on role. We're looking for a builder, someone who enjoys creating, writing, experimenting, shipping, and learning, not just managing agencies or reviewing someone else's work.
You'll work directly with our founder and leadership team to shape how Tarzo is presented to customers, partners, and the broader industry.
You'll spend your time:
- Leading Tarzo's rebranding around our expanding AI product suite.
- Defining and evolving our messaging, positioning, and brand voice.
- Creating exceptional content across LinkedIn, our website, newsletters, product launches, videos, case studies, and other marketing channels.
- Building inbound demand for both our SaaS platform and performance marketing services.
- Developing founder-led content and thought leadership.
- Launching new AI products and platform capabilities.
- Designing creative growth experiments that go beyond traditional B2B marketing.
- Growing Tarzo's audience, community, and industry presence.
- Working closely with Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Leadership to bring new ideas to market.
You'll probably be a great fit if you:
- Have 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing.
- Have experience marketing SaaS, software, or technology products.
- Love turning complex technology into clear, engaging stories.
- Are genuinely AI-native and use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Gemini, Lovable, or similar every day.
- Naturally use AI to research, write, brainstorm, design, automate, prototype, and accelerate your work.
- Have personally created content or campaigns you're proud of—we're looking for makers, not managers.
- Are curious, resourceful, highly organized, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
- Enjoy moving quickly, testing ideas, measuring results, and continuously improving.
Bonus points if you've worked in AdTech, MarTech, or Performance Marketing, have startup experience, have launched software products, maintain an active LinkedIn presence, or enjoy creating videos and visual content.
