Job Description:

• Lead implementation projects at customer sites, including post-implementation support.
• Gather and define user requirements, analyze business needs, and recommend optimal solutions.
• Analyze issues and system challenges to identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Monitor project progress and recommend actions to improve execution and delivery.
• Develop and distribute work procedures, policies, and operational guidelines, and ensure their implementation.
• Define, manage, and oversee test specifications for various systems.
• Coordinate activities between internal teams, customers, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide Tier 3 support for systems under your responsibility.
• The role requires travel to customer sites across Israel and includes a company car.
• Hybrid work model.

Requirements:

• Relevant academic background.
• At least 6 years of experience managing complex IT and technology projects.
• At least 4 years of experience leading a team of Project Managers.
• Background in Organization and Methods (O&M) / business process improvement.
• Experience working with development teams, customers, and vendors.
• Experience with system administration and data communications, including server installation, server component installation, and service configuration – an advantage.
• Experience managing projects using methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall – an advantage.
• Experience with healthcare information systems and/or laboratory information systems (LIS) – an advantage.
• Programming background – an advantage.
