Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition to production deployment.

Develop, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models.

Analyze model performance and measure business impact in production.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and BI.

Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Requirements

M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in Data Science.

Strong expertise in Machine Learning.

Proficiency in Python (experience with PyMC is a plus).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with Reinforcement Learning (RL), including Multi-Armed Bandits.

Experience with SQL and Git.

Experience in the gaming industry.
