The Business Operations Specialist sits at the center of Wolt Israel’s customer support department, connecting both operations, analytics, and execution.

In this role, you act as a key driver of cross-functional initiatives within the support organization, operational planning, and performance management, ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Working closely with the Head of Support and senior leadership, you help shape the department's direction through data-driven insights, project ownership, executive reporting, and organizational alignment.

The role combines business understanding, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management, supporting both day-to-day execution and long-term planning.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities & Scope)

Day-to-day in this role you'll:

• Own recurring business reviews and executive reporting, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews, ensuring clear follow-up on actions and decisions
• Analyze operational performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain strategic planning materials, including quarterly reviews, annual planning, and roadmap initiatives. הייתי כותבת במקום Support annual planning, quarterly reviews, and roadmap initiatives by building planning materials, tracking progress, and helping drive execution.
• Manage department-wide operational routines, leadership forums, offsites, and organizational events.

• Partner with local and global teams to ensure alignment on key projects, KPIs, and operational priorities.
• Support organizational communication by preparing updates, presentations, leadership materials, and company-wide content.
  
  

• 1-3 years of experience in project operations / business operations, PMO, or similar roles requiring strong organizational skills and stakeholder management
• Experience working in a global environment and collaborating with international stakeholders is required, as this role regularly partners with global teams and participates in global leadership forums.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into meaningful business insights.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across different seniority levels.
• Ability to operate independently, drive initiatives forward, and create structure in complex environments.
• High attention to details while maintaining a strong strategic perspective.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
