Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting processes, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract the best talent to DriveNets.
• Creatively source candidates using diverse online channels to discover the best potential talent.
• Conduct HR interviews and convey your feedback on candidates' cultural and personal fit.
• Ensure the best possible candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• - Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
  
  

Requirements

Technical Skills

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for hi-tech companies or leading agencies.
• Proven experience working and partnering with hiring managers, colleagues, and candidates.
• BA or BS degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with professional sourcing tools and diverse online channels.
  
  

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• High level of English.
• Can-do approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  
  

Nice to Have / Advantage
