AI Product Manager

The Role

We are seeking a deeply technical and execution-driven AI Product Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of our next-generation AI capabilities. In this high-impact role, you will transition the platform from AI-assisted workflows to fully autonomous agentic systems that scale our marketing, operations, and product loops. This is a role for a hands-on builder who wants full autonomy to transform core architectures and drive measurable business impact using cutting-edge generative AI models.

Description

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of core AI product initiatives from initial discovery and technical scoping to deployment and continuous iteration.
• Architect and deploy production-grade agentic workflows to automate high-volume manual processes across marketing, operations, and product teams.
• Define, manage, and execute the AI product roadmap backed by rigorous data analysis, user insights, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate closely with machine learning engineers, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate advanced AI models into the platform.
• Establish performance benchmarks, evaluation frameworks, and success metrics for every AI feature shipped to ensure output quality and platform reliability.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and friction points across the organization that can be solved through smart automation and LLM orchestration.
• Analyze user behavior and model interaction data to iteratively improve system accuracy, processing speed, and user experience.
  
  

• 4+ years of experience in product management or software engineering with a proven track record of owning and shipping end-to-end software solutions.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying user-facing AI-powered products using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic orchestration.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to discuss system architecture, APIs, and data pipelines directly with engineering teams without a translator.
• Solid data literacy with experience instrumenting product metrics, setting up experiments, and making data-backed decisions.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment while maintaining momentum across multiple parallel tracks.
• Deep curiosity and continuous engagement with the modern AI ecosystem, including emerging open-source models, evaluation tools, and frameworks.
• Prior experience working within a high-traffic global B2C marketplace platform - advantage.
