About the Role:We are looking for a strategic and operational Project Manager to join our Business Operations team. This role plays a critical part in shaping and communicating our business agenda internally and externally, optimizing operations from the ground up and across various Unity departments, and leading and integrating key business initiatives to drive growth and efficiency across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who is an exceptional project manager, thrives in a cross-functional environment, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, highly independent, process-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about building scalable business frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and communicate the business agenda across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, and feedback.
• Lead strategic planning rhythms such as business reviews and cross-functional check-ins to drive visibility and alignment across teams.
• Identify trends and insights across the market, competitive landscape, and customer base, and help translate them into actionable strategies.
• Support operational effectiveness across the organization by improving systems, workflows, and team coordination.
• Help define and implement business policies and practices that enhance positioning, efficiency, and growth.
• Contribute to planning and execution of key business events, processes, and communications to ensure consistency and impact.
• Support initiatives that enhance the customer journey, improve internal collaboration, and unlock new opportunities across products and teams.
