Communication Technician

We are looking for a Communication Technician to join our technical operations team and support the monitoring, maintenance, and control of enterprise communication and network systems.

The role involves operating and troubleshooting system-wide issues across multiple interfaces and communication platforms, performing ongoing system monitoring, executing system tests, and managing backup processes. You will be responsible for ensuring system stability, availability, and performance across production environments.

Key responsibilities include writing detailed operational and work plans, providing regular status updates and progress reports, and working with monitoring, control, and support systems. The role also includes managing and maintaining communication networks including cellular, data networks, WAN, VoIP, and voice systems.

Requirements

• :Proven experience in communication networks, including cellular networks, DATA, WAN, VoIP, and voice systems - Mus
• tExperience in operations, monitoring, control, and structured methodologies in communication environments - Mus
• tExperience in system monitoring, testing, and backup processes - Mus
• tExperience in writing operational procedures and work plans - Mus
• tExperience in providing status updates and progress reporting - Mus
• tExperience working with monitoring, control, and support systems - Mus
• tRelevant education in communications or related technical field - Mus
• tProfessional certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are an advantag
