The Role
We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves to sell - someone who gets energy from finding the right client, understanding their problem, and closing the deal. This isn’t a support role or a coordination position. It’s a hunting role for someone who takes initiative, drives the process forward, and doesn’t stop until the contract is signed.
You’ll own the full sales cycle: from generating your own leads to understanding client needs, proposing the right solution with our technical team, and closing. You’ll also be expected to keep things organised: managing your pipeline, logging activity in the CRM, and staying close to every deal in progress.
What the day-to-day looks like:
→ Prospecting via LinkedIn, cold outreach, and automated sequences — you build your own pipeline
→ Running discovery calls, identifying pain points, and positioning our services as the right solution
→ Owning the full sales journey - from first contact to signed contract, keeping momentum at every stage
→ Being the engine that moves deals forward - following up, pushing through stalls, keeping the client engaged
→ Understanding the cloud and DevOps space well enough to have a real conversation with
technical buyers
→ Working closely with our technical team to shape proposals that actually solve the client’s problem
→ Maintaining clean records in the CRM - deals, contacts, pipeline stages
What we’re looking for:
✔ Someone who loves to sell and has a track record of closing - not just generating leads
✔ Experience in IT services or cloud - you understand what you’re selling and why it matters
✔ Proactive and self-driven - you don’t wait to be told what to do
✔ A natural at building relationships and creating trust with clients
✔ Organised and methodical - you track, you follow up, you close loops
✔ Comfortable with sales tools and CRM systems
✔ Strong English - written and spoken
✔ Good energy. Seriously, it matters.
