COMBLACK is hiring a Help Desk Specialist!

The role includes providing service to users, handling computer-related issues, troubleshooting hardware and endpoint problems, and working with end-user equipment at a leading production site.

What are we looking for?

Around 2 years of experience in Help Desk or technical support roles — mandatory.

Experience diagnosing and resolving hardware and endpoint issues — an advantage.

PC Technician certification — an advantage.

CCNA or Network Administrator certification — a significant advantage.
