Information Security & Cybersecurity Specialist

A leading industrial-tech company is looking for an Information Security & Cybersecurity Specialist to support and lead information security and cyber protection across complex IT and OT environments.

The role includes cyber risk management, implementation of security policies, regulatory compliance, incident response and cross-organizational security projects across R&D, manufacturing, ERP, sales and logistics operations.

Responsibilities:

• Implement information security policies across R&D, manufacturing, ERP, sales and logistics environments.
• Support cyber risk management processes across the supply chain, including suppliers, subcontractors and customers.
• Support compliance with security and privacy standards and regulations, including ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR and privacy protection regulations.
• Manage cybersecurity incidents and support real-time response to threats.
• Lead security projects involving SIEM, DLP, EDR, IAM and additional security systems.
• Work closely with R&D, IT, engineering, sales and logistics teams.
• Promote information security awareness across the organization.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in information security within an industrial or technology organization – mandatory.
• Familiarity with information security and privacy standards and regulations – mandatory.
• Experience with OT / ICS environments – significant advantage.
• High-level English – mandatory.
• Experience working with global customers and international regulatory requirements – significant advantage.
• Experience securing manufacturing or industrial control systems – significant advantage.
• Familiarity with security standards in manufacturing and logistics environments – significant advantage.
• Strong cross-functional work skills, system-wide thinking and excellent interpersonal abilities.
