IT Support/ Help Desk

We are looking for an IT Support & Computing Coordinator to join our team and provide technical support and end-user computing services across our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line technical support (onsite and remote) for hardware, software, and IT-related issues.
• Deliver professional customer service and technical assistance to end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex computer, software, and peripheral equipment issues.
• Configure, install, and maintain end-user equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and related devices.
• Support daily IT operations and assist the IT team with ongoing activities.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of technology projects and infrastructure initiatives.
• Maintain system reliability and ensure a smooth user experience across the organization.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a Help Desk, IT Support, Desktop Support, or similar role - Must
• Experience providing technical support to end users in a corporate environmen - Must
• Experience working with Microsoft Windows operating systems - Must
• Experience working with Active Directory (AD) - Must
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environments - Must
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Must
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Must
• Ability to support end users in a dynamic and fast-paced environment - Must
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Advantages:

• Experience diagnosing and resolving hardware issues, including PCs, desktops, laptops, and end-user equipment.
• PC Technician certification.
• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
