Controller (1006901)

ELAD Systems, a growing public technology company, is looking for an experienced Controller to join our leadership team and take ownership of key financial reporting, control, and finance operations activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Lead the consolidation of financial statements across the group.
• Drive onboarding and integration processes for acquired companies.
• Manage the Accounting and Collections teams.
• Oversee banking relationships and the company's ongoing cash flow management.
• Build, implement, and manage SOX processes and internal controls.
• Work closely with external auditors and other professional advisors.
• Lead process improvement, efficiency, and control initiatives within the Finance Department.

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Big 4 background is mandatory.
• Proven managerial experience leading finance departments and professional teams in a public company.
• Hands-on experience building and implementing financial processes and controls.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while maintaining a broad business perspective.
• Experience working with AI tools and applying them to financial processes - an advantage.
