Head of Cybersecurity Monitoring & Control

COMBLACK is hiring a Head of Cybersecurity Monitoring & Control!

We are looking for an experienced cybersecurity leader to manage a large-scale monitoring and control department, lead professional teams, and drive cross-organizational processes across cybersecurity, information security, and risk management domains.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex cyber monitoring and control activities, work in hybrid environments including On-Premise and Cloud, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to strengthen the organization’s cyber resilience.

What are we looking for?

• At least 5 years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, or technology infrastructure — mandatory.
• Proven experience managing and leading professional teams — mandatory.
• Experience leading cross-organizational processes and working with business stakeholders — mandatory.
• Experience in cyber risk management, monitoring, and control in complex environments — mandatory.
• Experience working in hybrid environments, including On-Premise and Cloud — mandatory.
• Experience with SOC, DLP, IAM, Vulnerability Management, and Cyber Threat Intelligence — a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with regulation and professional certifications in the cybersecurity field — a significant advantage.
