DevOps Team Lead

We're looking for an experienced DevOps Team Lead to join us and lead our DevOps domain, driving cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD excellence, and modernization initiatives across the organization.

This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management, offering the opportunity to lead a team of 3 DevOps Engineers while shaping the organization's cloud and DevOps strategy.

What you'll do:

• Lead and mentor a DevOps team in a dynamic enterprise environment

• Own and evolve hybrid cloud infrastructures across AWS and Azure

• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions

• Drive Infrastructure as Code practices with Terraform

• Lead automation initiatives using Python, Bash, and PowerShell

• Implement observability, monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions

• Collaborate closely with Development, Infrastructure, and Cyber Security teams

• Lead cloud migration, modernization, and DevOps transformation projects

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing DevOps or Infrastructure teams

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Azure

• Proven experience with Terraform, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions

• Experience with container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, ECS, AKS, etc.)

• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell

• Deep understanding of networking, security, and cloud best practices

• Experience working in complex Linux and Windows environments
