Wanted: Senior eCommerce Performance Specialist – Freelance

We're looking for an experienced Performance expert to lead eCommerce activity locally and internationally, with a focus on ROAS, profitability, data, feeds, and measurement. You should have absolute command of tracking/measurement systems and the ability to work independently alongside our Project Manager and Agency Director.

Responsibilities:

• Managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, and Reddit Ads
• Leading Performance strategy
• Working with Merchant Center, Product Feeds, and Catalogs
• Data analysis and optimization
• Improving purchase funnels
• Collaborating with creative teams
• Overseeing GA4, GTM, and Tracking

Must-Have Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce Performance
• Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta
• Proven experience with additional advertising platforms
• Implementation, monitoring, and optimization of measurement in GA4 and GTM (including Client + Server Side)
• Proven experience in Debugging and Conversion Tracking
• Use of AI and Automation tools for optimization, data analysis, and scaling of creative and campaigns
• Deep understanding of marketing funnels, Attribution models, and Conversion Tracking
• Experience working with platforms: WP / Shopify / Magento
• Languages: Native-level Hebrew and English (copywriting and managing campaigns abroad)
• Ability to work independently (Remote): managing end-to-end tasks at a high standard, without need for micro-management.

Significant Advantage: Server-Side Tracking, BigQuery, App Campaigns, AI & Automation, and experience with US-based DTC brands.
