🚀 Senior Digital Product Manager (B2C)

A leading enterprise organization is looking for an experienced Digital Product Manager to join its Product team and lead customer-facing digital products from strategy through execution.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage digital products end-to-end, from ideation to launch and continuous optimization.
• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery.
• Lead functional specifications, UX planning, and customer journey design.
• Work closely with development, UX/UI, QA, data, and business teams.
• Monitor product performance and drive improvements based on KPIs and user insights.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across technology and business units.
• Take part in digital transformation initiatives, including AI-driven innovation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Digital Product Management.
• Experience managing products within large and complex organizations.
• Proven experience with customer-facing (B2C) digital products – required.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and customer experience design.
• Experience leading customer research, Design Thinking processes, and customer journey mapping.
• Experience working closely with software development teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and business-oriented mindset.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms, digital service channels, chatbots, automation, IVR systems, and customer-facing applications.
• Experience building operational processes that support digital products, sales, and service activities.
