Account Manager

Step into a role where no two days are the same - manage international clients, deliver creative projects, and travel the world with a leading design studio!

Responsibilities:

· Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the customer.

· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our designs and solutions, according to show regulations and customer needs and objectives, within a team.

· Responsible for integrating new clients, develop existing client relationships and generate upsells.

· Provide customer service and technical support, optimizing the account.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in account management, preferably in the exhibitions or events industry.

· Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (must)

· Fluency in French or German language is a plus.

· Demonstrated project management abilities, including planning, execution, and follow-up.

· Effective sales and negotiation skills to achieve business goals.

· Willingness to travel abroad at least 6 times a year (must)

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field.

· Experience with international clients and exhibitions is a plus.
