Project Manager

Ortra is one of Israel's leading conference and event management companies, producing large-scale professional events across medical, tech, academic, and business sectors.

We're looking for a sharp, organized, and energetic Project Manager to own conferences end-to-end: from the first client meeting to the moment the last attendee walks out. This is a hands-on role built for someone who thrives on variety, moves fast, and knows how to keep ten balls in the air without dropping any.

What you'll do

🔹 Manage professional conferences from planning through on-site execution - you own the whole thing

🔹 Be the day-to-day point of contact for clients - meetings, updates, and keeping everyone aligned

🔹 Coordinate vendors and suppliers - from briefing to final delivery on event day

🔹 Build and track budgets, get quotes, negotiate, and keep costs in check

🔹 Make sure every milestone hits on time - and troubleshoot when something doesn't

🔹 Lead the team on event days - on-site, on your feet, making things happen

Who you are

✅ A natural multitasker - comfortable managing several projects at different stages simultaneously

✅ High-level professional fluency in both Hebrew and English — written and spoken

✅ Organized and detail-oriented - nothing slips through the cracks on your watch

✅ Service-oriented with a calm, professional presence — even when things get hectic

✅ Strong communicator - able to manage professional client conversations, updates, and stakeholder alignment

✅ Solid Excel skills - you work with spreadsheets regularly and know your way around them

Nice to have

🔸 Experience in events, conferences, or a client-facing operations role
