Full Stack Developer

Role Description This full-time hybrid Full Stack Developer role at Kabat One is based in Netanya, with flexibility for partial work from home. The developer will design, build, and maintain web applications across the full stack, including front-end interfaces and back-end services. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features, optimizing performance, fixing bugs, and collaborating with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality releases. The role involves writing clean, testable, and maintainable code, integrating APIs and third-party services, and contributing to architectural decisions and technical documentation. The developer will participate in code reviews, follow best practices for security and scalability, and support continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Strong front-end development skills, including experience with Angular 16+.
• Proficiency in back-end web development and software development, including server-side languages, frameworks, and RESTful APIs with Node.js.
• Hands-on full-stack development experience, integrating front-end and back-end components into cohesive applications.
• Solid understanding of web application architecture, security best practices, and performance optimization.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases and data modeling.
• Ability to analyze requirements, estimate tasks, and deliver solutions in an agile environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
