Offensive Security & AI Agents Lead

We're looking for an Offensive Security & AI Agents Lead to build and lead an advanced Offensive Security capability within a fast-growing cybersecurity group.

This is not a traditional Penetration Tester role.

We're looking for a true offensive builder-someone with deep hands-on expertise, a passion for building tools and automation, strong systems thinking, and the ambition to create something that can grow into a major practice.

This is an opportunity to shape the future of Offensive Security by combining Red Teaming, AppSec, Cloud Security, Security Research, and AI-driven automation.

What you'll do

• Lead the group's Offensive Security capability
• Perform and lead Web, Infrastructure & Cloud Penetration Testing
• Conduct Red Team engagements, Adversary Simulation, AppSec, API & Cloud Security Testing
• Build internal tools, AI agents, scripts, and automation for offensive operations
• Leverage LLMs and AI workflows for research, reconnaissance, validation, reporting, and test planning
• Develop methodologies, playbooks, frameworks, and technical standards
• Deliver high-quality technical reports
• Support CISOs and enterprise customers
• Help recruit and build the future Offensive Security team

Requirements

• Strong experience in Offensive Security, Red Teaming, Penetration Testing, AppSec, or Security Research
• Hands-on experience with Web Application Penetration Testing
• Experience in Infrastructure PT, Cloud Security Testing, or Red Team engagements
• Strong understanding of complex systems—not just running automated tools
• Excellent technical reporting skills
• Experience working with enterprise customers, CISOs, CTOs, and development teams
• Proficiency in Python (or another scripting language) for automation and tooling
• Experience testing Web Applications, APIs, authentication mechanisms, and cloud environments
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Burp Suite, Nuclei, Metasploit, BloodHound, Kali, or similar
• Solid understanding of OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, and modern attack techniques
• Experience building custom scripts, tools, or automation
• Practical experience using AI/LLM workflows or agents for offensive security

Nice to Have

• Experience with Vulnerability Research, Reverse Engineering, Exploit Development, or Fuzzing
• Strong Bug Bounty background
• Advanced Cloud Security (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, Containers, or API Security
• Mobile security, Malware Analysis, or Incident Response experience
• Experience working with R&D/DevSecOps teams or building Offensive Security teams
• Background in cybersecurity product companies or elite military cyber units
