Military Marketing | Israel | IAI – Corporate Marketing

We are looking for a Military Marketing Manager to join the Corporate Marketing organization at Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI).

The position includes:

• Leading marketing and sales activities for military and government customers across Asia
• Developing and expanding business partnerships and regional marketing infrastructure
• Managing relationships with existing customers, government agencies, defense organizations, and industry partners
• Identifying new business opportunities, building and managing the sales pipeline, and defining winning strategies
• Leading negotiations with customers and business partners
• Representing IAI at international exhibitions, conferences, and professional events across Asia

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Law, or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience leading international sales processes with government and/or defense customers
• Proven experience negotiating with international customers
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Experience in the military aerospace industry, particularly in Asian markets – an advantage
• Experience selling civilian products in Asia – an advantage
• Strong technical understanding of military aerospace products – an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
