Role Overview

We are looking for a highly execution-focused SRE Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery across multiple engineering and SRE initiatives.

This role is responsible for ensuring that features, bug fixes, and releases are delivered on time, with clear ownership, strong follow-ups, and full visibility across teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, technical environment alongside engineering, SRE, DevOps and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own tracking of features, bugs, and engineering tasks across multiple teams
• Ensure every work item has a clear owner and realistic ETA
• Drive execution through consistent and proactive follow-ups
• Identify delays early and escalate when needed
• Coordinate release readiness across engineering and SRE teams
• Track dependencies and blockers ahead of release
• Act as the central point of coordination between engineering, SRE, DevOps and product stakeholders
• Ensure alignment on priorities, scope, and timelines
• Maintain clear communication channels across teams
• Build and maintain a single source of truth (tracking tools)
• Provide regular status updates (Daily / weekly / bi-weekly / monthly as needed)
• Highlight risks, blockers, and changes in scope early and clearly
• Identify risks and issues early in the lifecycle
• Track, manage, and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution
• Drive accountability across teams
  
  

• 2 years of experience in Project Management
• Proven experience working with engineering teams (R&D / DevOps / SRE environments)
• Strong execution and follow-up skills
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  
  

• Experience working in SaaS / cloud environments
• Familiarity with SRE concepts (production environments, incidents, reliability)
• Experience with release processes and coordination
• Hands-on experience with tracking tools

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
