Legal Counsel

Bagira is a leader in training and simulation systems, delivering mission-critical solutions used by hundreds of thousands of soldiers across 80+ sites worldwide.

We are looking for a Legal Counsel who will be part of our legal team. In this role you will provide expert legal guidance and support to the company, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations and significantly contributing on business-legal aspects. We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

As a Legal counsel you will be an essential part for effectively safeguarding the company's legal and business interests.

Requirements:

• Education: LL.B. and membership in the Israeli Bar Association (or equivalent).
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a leading law firm or as legal counsel, preferably in global defense industries.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial law.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• High proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents in English.
• Fluent Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
• Availability: Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
• Experience with patent registrations and intellectual property management is an advantage.
