Customer Service & Order Management Coordinator (EMEA) | Global Role | Sdot Yam

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor orders from receipt through delivery
• Provide ongoing support to customers, distributors, and sales managers across the EMEA region
• Handle inquiries related to orders, deliveries, inventory, and documentation
• Coordinate international shipments and work closely with logistics partners
• Track product availability and delivery timelines
• Resolve issues and handle exceptions in real time
• Work with ERP and CRM systems and generate reports
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on an ongoing basis

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service / back office / order management – required
• Experience working with ERP systems – required
• Advanced Excel skills – required
• High level of English – required
• Experience working with B2B customers – advantage
• Experience in a global environment – advantage
• Familiarity with CRM systems – advantage

Position Details:

• Full-time position: Sunday–Thursday, 08:00–17:00
• One hybrid workday per week
• Based at the company’s offices in Sdot Yam (near Caesarea)
