Talent Acquisition Specialist

At Plaee, we're growing fast and looking for a hands-on recruiter who knows how to find exceptional talent and isn't afraid to dive deep into technical hiring.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes across technical and business roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring strategies and talent needs.
• Source and engage top talent through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques.
• Conduct screening interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience from first contact to offer stage.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a tech company or startup.
• Proven experience recruiting technical roles such as Software Engineers, Product Managers, QA, DevOps, Data, and Design.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and experience approaching passive candidates.
• Ability to understand technical profiles and evaluate candidate fit.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, independent, and proactive.
• A builder mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience hiring globally.
• Experience recruiting commercial roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
• Experience working closely with founders and senior leadership teams.
