Business Intelligence Analyst

A leading professional services firm is looking for a Business Development Intelligence Analyst to join its Business Development department.

This is a business-oriented analytical role, working closely with partners and senior stakeholders, with direct impact on business decision-making, client development and growth opportunities.

The role combines market research, competitive intelligence, CRM data analysis, data hygiene, cross-selling analysis and business development support.

We are looking for candidates with a background in market research, business research, competitive intelligence, business analysis, client intelligence, CRM analysis or data-driven business development.

This is not a purely technical BI / SQL / dashboard development role.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence analysis.
• Analyze clients, markets, competitors and business opportunities.
• Work with CRM systems and internal databases, including data quality and data hygiene.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and support client development initiatives.
• Support business development processes, tenders, submissions and international rankings.
• Prepare insights, reports and summaries for partners and senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Relevant academic degree — Business Administration, Economics, Information Science, Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in market research, business research, business intelligence, competitive intelligence, business analysis, CRM analysis or data-driven business development.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent Excel skills, including large datasets, Pivot Tables, lookups and formulas.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Strong data hygiene and information management capabilities.
• Excellent Hebrew and English.
