We are looking for an experienced and talented Data Team Lead to join our Finance Department! this is a key leadership role responsible for driving the Data function within the Economics Department, including managing a professional team and leading advanced analytical projects that support business decision-making

.

What you’ll do?

• Lead and manage a team of Data Analysts and Data Scientists
• Own and drive end-to-end data processes, from data collection and preparation to delivering actionable business insights.
• Develop advanced data analytics solutions to support business needs and strategic initiatives.
• Perform hands-on data analysis and processing using SQL and Python.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders, including senior management.
• Lead data-driven initiatives and promote data-informed decision-making across the organization.

What are we looking for?

• At least 10 years of experience in Data-related roles.
• Proven managerial experience leading professional data teams.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• Hands-on experience with Power BI
• Experience working with advanced data environments and tools, including DWH and ETL processes.
• Significant advantage for candidates with experience in InsurTech and/or FinTech environments.
• Experience working with SAP – an advantage.
• Strong ability to lead complex processes, combining business acumen with deep technical expertise.

Full-time, Sunday-Thursday, 9 hours per day, hybrid
