Our Sat Connect IC business unit, a division of our Satellite Systems business is a leading provider of ASICs, software, multibeam electronically steered antennas, and complete systems for communication satellites, as well as ground and airborne terminals. Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join our dynamic finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a CPA from a Big-5 firm to transition into a global corporate environment, taking a key role in financial reporting, complex consolidations, and international operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Take an active part in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS).
• Consolidation: Support the consolidation process for global subsidiaries.
• Tax & Compliance: Assist in preparation of tax returns and reports for the Israeli Tax Authority and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Internal Controls: support in maintenance of internal control processes, including SOX compliance and preparation of audit working papers.
• Ad-hoc Projects: Support special financial projects and process improvements within the Finance department.
  
  

Requirements

• Education: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) – Mandatory.
• Experience: Background from one of the Big 5 accounting firms.
• Audit Background: Proven experience auditing High-Tech Mandatory.
• Languages: Excellent professional English (written and verbal) – Mandatory.
• Tech-Savvy: Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, data analysis) – Mandatory.
• Soft Skills: High analytical ability, attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. Ability to work under pressure and manage a high workload
