We are looking for an experienced Head of Actuarial Systems & Solutions to lead a strategic team responsible for developing and managing data-driven solutions that support Finance, Actuarial, Solvency, and Risk Management functions.

What you’ll do?

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team consisting of ETL Developers, System Analysts, and Project Managers.
• Drive complex end-to-end projects, from initiation and requirements gathering through implementation, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Own and oversee critical data processes supporting actuarial and financial operations.
• Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of solutions supporting financial, regulatory, and actuarial reporting.
• Manage and enhance data solutions across the following domains:Actuarial, Solvency,IFRS,Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Vehicle Fraud Detection
• Design and deliver advanced Data Integration solutions across both Cloud and On-Prem environments.
• Work with APIs, cloud technologies, Informatica Cloud, and Informatica On-Prem platforms.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Define priorities, manage team workload, and oversee execution of the department's roadmap.
• Lead innovation initiatives and continuous improvement processes.
• Promote best practices, standards, and methodologies in Data Management, Integration, and Data Quality.
• Ensure delivery excellence, including quality, budget, and timeline commitments.
• Identify business needs and translate them into scalable and impactful technology solutions.

What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience managing technology teams.
• Proven experience in Finance, Insurance, Actuarial, Solvency, or Risk Management domains.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex Data and Technology projects.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes, Data Warehousing (DWH), and Data Integration.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and leading requirements gathering and solution design processes.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.

Full-time, Sunday-Thursday, 9 hours per day, hybrid
