System Specialist

Role Description The System Specialist role at Webox LTD is a full-time, on-site position based in Bnei Brak. This role is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing cloud-based systems and related infrastructure to ensure stable and secure operations. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing hands-on technical support to internal teams and customers, and performing system configurations, updates, and routine maintenance. The System Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze system performance, implement improvements, and document processes and solutions. The role also involves assisting in deployments, contributing to knowledge bases, and ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards.
Qualifications

• Strong Information Technology foundation, including familiarity with cloud environments, operating systems, and networking concepts.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities for diagnosing complex system and application issues.
• Experience in delivering Technical Support, including ticket handling, incident management, and user assistance.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant technical certification or diploma/degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Bnei Brak, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize according to business impact.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices, monitoring tools, and documentation standards is an advantage.
