SecOps Engineer / Security Implementation Specialist

We are looking for a highly technical, customer-facing SecOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience designing, implementing, and operating modern security solutions across diverse enterprise environments.

This role combines deep technical expertise, project ownership, customer interaction, and incident response responsibilities. You will work directly with multiple clients, lead security implementations from concept to production, and help organizations strengthen their security posture across cloud and on-premises environments.

• Design, implement, and optimize advanced security solutions across Cloud, Hybrid, and On-Prem environments.
• Lead end-to-end security projects, from requirements gathering and architecture design through deployment, validation, and customer handover.
• Deploy and configure technologies such as SASE, ZTNA, Secure Web Gateway (SWG), DLP, and other modern security platforms.
• Integrate and manage XDR and Next-Generation SIEM solutions, including use-case development, rule creation, alert tuning, investigations, and incident response.
• Support multiple customers and projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
• Conduct security assessments, troubleshooting, and operational optimization activities.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers throughout implementation and operational phases.
• Drive projects independently, ensuring successful execution, customer satisfaction, and timely delivery.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise security solutions.
• Proven experience deploying security technologies across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Strong experience with SASE, ZTNA, Secure Web Gateway (SWG), DLP, and related security architectures.
• Experience integrating and operating XDR and Next-Generation SIEM platforms.
• Hands-on experience with security monitoring, detection engineering, threat investigation, and incident response.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security architectures and operational security best practices.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Highly motivated, independent, and capable of driving projects from initiation through completion.
• Team player with a strong service-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
• Experience working in MSSP, consulting, or cybersecurity services environments.
