Position Overview

• Lead / Senior Board Design Hardware Engineer taking end-to-end technical ownership over the architecture, schematic design, and development of high-speed digital and analog boards for cutting-edge Ethernet products.
• Driving the full hardware development lifecycle, including intricate schematic entry, rigorous PCB layout supervision, component selection, and comprehensive hands-on laboratory bring-up and verification.
• Serving as the primary technical authority for hardware systems, solving complex electrical anomalies, and evaluating state-of-the-art hardware technologies to influence future product generations.
• Collaborating seamlessly with multidisciplinary R&D teams, including embedded software, mechanical, and system architects, to deliver high-performance networking platforms.

Requirements-

• Academic Background: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering – Mandatory
• 8+ years of proven professional experience in high-complexity Board Design within rigorous product-driven environments – Mandatory
• Deep technical expertise in high-speed and high-power PCB design and layout topologies (including stack-up optimization, component placement, and routing strategies) – Mandatory
• Hands-on mastery of Signal Integrity and Power Integrity (SI/PI) constraints for ultra-high-speed interfaces (e.g., 112G Ethernet, PCIe Gen5, DDR5) – Mandatory
• Practical, proficient laboratory experience with high-precision signal testing, diagnostic equipment (oscilloscopes, VNAs), and hardware debugging – Mandatory
