NPI Engineer

Position Overview-

• NPI / Manufacturing Engineer taking end-to-end technical responsibility for transferring next-generation diagnostic systems from core R&D into scalable, serial production.
• Analyzing, optimizing, and scaling complex engineering and assembly lines to improve yield, system reliability, and overall manufacturing efficiency.
• Troubleshooting intricate hardware anomalies, identifying root causes, and implementing immediate, robust engineering solutions in the lab and on the production floor.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, Quality Assurance (QA), Regulation, and Supply Chain teams to ensure all manufacturing processes align strictly with stringent medical device regulations.

Requirements-

• Academic Background: B.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a closely related scientific discipline – Mandatory
• 1 years of hands-on professional experience in NPI, manufacturing engineering, or process engineering – Mandatory
• Demonstrated track record operating with complex multidisciplinary systems integrating electro-mechanics, fluidics, or optics – Mandatory
• Strong hands-on capabilities with high comfort levels in physical assembly, diagnostic testing, and low-level system troubleshooting – Mandatory
• Excellent analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret production data and implement structured process improvements – Mandatory
• High-level English proficiency (both written and verbal) with specific experience drafting formal technical documentation – Mandatory
• Prior professional experience within the Medical Device or In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industries – Significant Advantage
