Senior Data Scientist

Wanted: Data Scientist for a Mobile Gaming & AdTech company in the Tel Aviv Area. This is a very rewarding full-time and On-site position.

The chosen candidate will serve as the founding member of the applied data science team, taking full end-to-end ownership of high-impact machine learning systems from inception to production. Reporting directly to the CTO, this individual will leverage high-volume behavioral data from millions of sessions to directly shape the platform's revenue, user experience, and core marketplace algorithms. This is a rare, highly agentic opportunity to build foundational ML architectures at scale for a rapidly growing global platform.

Job Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and deploy real-time machine learning models for marketplace matching, dynamic pricing, and personalized recommendations.

● Analyze high-volume behavioral data from millions of mobile gaming sessions to build fraud detection systems and simulate game economies.

● Collaborate closely with the CTO and cross-functional engineering teams to architect, scale, and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines in production.

● Drive the implementation of advanced AI technologies and agentic R&D workflows to continuously optimize system performance and development speed.

Job Requirements:

● 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years of hands-on ML engineering or Data Science experience.

● Proven track record and deep domain expertise within the Mobile Gaming or AdTech industries.

● Strong hands-on expertise with agentic R&D tools (e.g., Claude Code or similar) and a solid foundation in statistics and predictive modeling.

● Demonstrated experience deploying and scaling machine learning models within high-volume, fast-moving production environments.

● A strong bias for action, a mindset of extreme ownership, and the ability to thrive as a foundational builder.
