Join a multidisciplinary engineering team developing advanced airborne and mission-critical systems. This role offers the opportunity to lead the definition and design of infrastructure architectures from concept through operational deployment.
Responsibilities
Define and design infrastructure architectures for complex airborne platforms, including processing, storage, server, and communication systems, based on customer and system requirements.
Lead technical activities across the full lifecycle, from requirements and architecture definition through integration, design reviews, delivery, and operational deployment.
Collaborate with hardware, software, networking, system engineering, integration, and test teams to ensure successful implementation of system infrastructure solutions.
Evaluate technologies, perform trade studies, and select optimal solutions while balancing performance, cost, power, weight, reliability, and environmental constraints.
Requirements
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field; M.Sc. is an advantage.
At least 2 years of experience designing, developing, or architecting integrated system infrastructure, preferably in defense, aerospace, or complex embedded environments.
Strong understanding of hardware-based systems, including processing, storage, communication technologies, and centralized/distributed architectures.
Familiarity with military and aerospace standards such as MIL-STD and DO-160.
Strong system-level thinking, analytical skills, and communication abilities.
Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
