Procurement and Logistics Specialist- Maternity leave replacement

Main Responsibilities:

• Operational Procurement: Order maintenance, ensuring adherence to strict timelines and regulatory requirements.
• Collaboration with Various Departments: Working closely with R&D, engineering, and quality assurance teams to support development and production.
• Logistics Coordination: Managing inbound and outbound shipments, tracking deliveries, and ensuring compliance with aerospace supply chain requirements
• Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Monitoring stock levels, coordinating with warehouses, and optimizing inventory flow
• Shipping and Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to international trade regulations, ITAR/EAR compliance, and aerospace material handling standards

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering & management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a relevant field
• At least 5 years of procurement and logistics experience
• Experience with controlled materials and regulatory compliance (ITAR, EAR) – an advantage
• Familiarity with AS9100 or other aerospace industry quality standards – an advantage
• Experience working with global aerospace manufacturers and suppliers – an advantage
• Understanding mechanical and electronic components, reading technical drawings, analyzing reports – an advantage
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
• Experience in international shipping, customs regulations, and freight management
• High-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
