Position Overview-

• Data Scientist joining a high-impact, elite core data team to take end-to-end ownership of predictive models and algorithmic features deployed directly into heavy production environments.
• Engineering, training, and deploying sophisticated predictive architectures including Propensity Modeling, Survival Analysis, Time-to-Event (TTE) calculations, and advanced simulations to optimize player engagement and the live game economy.
• Analyzing massive-scale tabular datasets, user behavioral telemetry, and time-series data to deliver deep mathematical insights and continuous system optimization.
• Architecting and running advanced statistical models, causal inference frameworks, and robust A/B testing methodologies to directly shape gameplay mechanics for millions of active global users.

Requirements-

• Academic Background: B.Sc. or higher in a quantitative/scientific discipline – Mandatory
• 4 years of proven professional experience operating as a Data Scientist within production-heavy R&D environments – Mandatory
• Deep, hands-on experience designing, training, and deploying advanced Machine Learning (ML) models – Mandatory
• Practical, production-grade experience operating with Deep Learning (DL) frameworks – Strictly Mandatory
• Advanced technical mastery in Python and expert-level SQL capabilities – Mandatory
• Prior background handling tabular data at scale, clustering algorithms, online learning, or behavioral analytics – Mandatory
• Experience within high-concurrency B2C domains (e.g., Gaming, AdTech, FinTech, or E-commerce) – Significant Advantage
