Position Overview-

• Senior Backend C++ Software Engineer joining an elite, core R&D squad of 4 engineers reporting directly to the Backend Team Lead.
• Architecting and developing highly critical, low-latency features and asynchronous distributed systems utilizing modern C++ (C++17) and Python.
• Taking comprehensive technical ownership over core software modules, ranging from cloud-connected microservices to hardware-adjacent robotic simulation layers.
• Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary hardware and flight-test teams, validating code performance through both state-of-the-art software simulations and hands-on lab and field testing.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering – Strictly Mandatory
• 5+ years of C++ experience (C++11 and above) writing clean, production-grade code – Strictly Mandatory
• Deep, practical Linux fluency within development environments – Strictly Mandatory
• Strong architectural understanding of OOP, microservices, and asynchronous flows – Mandatory
• Hands-on coding capabilities or solid familiarity with Python – Mandatory
• Prior background in robotics, embedded systems, autonomous vehicles, or defense tech – Significant Advantage
