Position Overview-

• Backend-Focused Software Engineer (Python/AI) joining a core, fast-paced development squad of 5+ elite engineers, reporting directly to the R&D Team Lead.
• Taking comprehensive technical ownership over data transformation layers, complex API integrations, and the core processing engine.
• Architecting data management systems heavily integrated with LLMs and Generative AI orchestration frameworks, deploying complex pipelines over scalable cloud environments.
• Operating in an unrestricted, high-autonomy "no token limit" engineering culture, with direct influence over design choices and rapid production loops.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technological discipline - Strictly Mandatory
• Proven professional software engineering background cultivated within dynamic tech startups OR elite military technological units - Strictly Mandatory
• Deep, production-grade programming mastery in Python, focusing on heavy data-driven backend architectures - Mandatory
• Hands-on technical experience or strong familiarity with modern engineering languages like Go or Node.js alongside production AI/LLM integrations - Significant Advantage
• Practical experience operating within cloud-native architectures, specifically utilizing AWS and Kubernetes (K8s) - Mandatory
