Position Overview-

• Senior System & Network Administrator (Tier 2/3) joining an elite, organic IT infrastructure division to manage, implement, and optimize mission-critical global client environments and corporate networks.
• Operating as the ultimate technical escalation point for complex Tier 2/3 hardware and software diagnostic workflows, resolving high-impact technical incidents with minimum downtime.
• Engineering, deploying, and maintaining high-availability server topologies, enterprise Windows Server instances, and complex, multi-site network fabrics.
• Taking end-to-end (E2E) ownership of network security routing arrays, covering advanced configuration and troubleshooting of enterprise Firewalls, Managed Switches, and Remote Desktop Services (RDS) platforms.
• Architecting and expanding secure hybrid environments across global cloud infrastructures to support high-scale concurrent systems.
• Core Ecosystem Windows Server, Remote Desktop Services (RDS / Terminal Server), Enterprise Firewalls, Managed Switches, Networking Protocols, Cloud Architectures (Azure / GCP), and Systems Troubleshooting.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of proven professional experience as a System Administrator, Infrastructure Specialist, or Network Engineer – Mandatory
• Extensive, battle-tested expertise operating within advanced Tier 2/3 technical support or escalation layers – Mandatory
• Deep, unassisted technical command of root-cause analysis and Troubleshooting complex client-server and network architectures – Mandatory
• Hands-on engineering experience configuring, maintaining, and diagnosing complex enterprise Firewalls and Managed Switches within multi-subnet environments – Mandatory
• Comprehensive knowledge of Windows Server administration, directory services, and RDS / Terminal Server execution – Mandatory
• Practical technical experience managing and scaling cloud-native workloads within Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments – Mandatory
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills to interface effectively with global entities and corporate clients – Mandatory
• Prior professional experience deploying technology or managing infrastructure systems directly within the Hospitality / Hotel Industry – Significant Advantage
