Assistant Controller / Controller

A leading global company is looking for an Assistant Controller / Controller to join its Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

* Prepare management reporting packages and financial analyses.

* Support consolidation processes, including Balance Sheet and P&L reporting.

* Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.

* Prepare and review VAT reports and other statutory filings.

* Process payroll-related journal entries, fixed assets, and other accounting transactions.

* Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and international stakeholders.

* Drive financial controls, process improvements, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

* CPA qualification (Israeli CPA) – mandatory.

* Big 4 background – preferred.

* Previous experience as an Assistant Controller or Controller.

* Experience working in a global company – an advantage.

* Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite – a strong advantage).

* Advanced Excel skills.

* Excellent English (written and spoken).

* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
