The organization supports a collaborative hybrid working model with one to two days of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• Applied AI & Backend Engineer joining a lean, elite algorithms and data squad, maintaining high autonomy and complete personal ownership over core system features.
• Designing and implementing sophisticated Applied AI/ML pipelines and data models to power real-time personalization and spatial automation features.
• Engineering production-grade, high-scale backend microservices, data architectures, and APIs that bridge deep learning prototypes with user-facing platform layers.
• Leading end-to-end (E2E) feature deployment, smoothly driving components from initial whiteboard conceptualization and proof-of-concept (PoC) to continuous integration in high-concurrency production environments.
• Core Stack & Frameworks- Python, Applied AI/ML, High-Scale Backend Architectures, Complex Data Pipelines, and Production Environments.

Requirements-

• Academic Background: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a highly quantitative field – Mandatory
• 3 years of proven professional experience operating as an AI Engineer, Backend Engineer, or Algorithms Developer – Mandatory
• Strong, battle-tested software engineering pedigree with a track record of deploying complex systems into live, scalable Production environments – Mandatory
• Deep, comprehensive programming mastery utilizing Python – Mandatory
• Hands-on technical experience or practical familiarity integrating Applied AI, Machine Learning models, or data-driven algorithms into software platforms – Mandatory
