Enterprise Data Lead

A leading global organization in Central Israel is looking for an Enterprise Data Lead to lead its Enterprise Data and Analytics domain.

This is a strategic role focused on driving the organization's data strategy, leading cross-functional initiatives, and partnering with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and IT teams to transform business needs into scalable data solutions that support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-wide Data and BI initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Translate business requirements into Data and Analytics solutions.
• Drive cross-functional Data initiatives in collaboration with business leaders and IT teams.
• Design and lead Enterprise Data solutions leveraging Data Lake, SAP Datasphere, and modern data platforms.
• Define Data Models, Business Rules, Semantic Layers, and Enterprise Data Architecture.
• Lead Data Governance, Data Quality, and Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with BI, Data Engineering, IT, and external vendors.
• Drive automation, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Partner with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading Enterprise Data, BI, or Analytics initiatives within a large enterprise.
• Strong experience working with SAP S/4HANA and a deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem.
• Experience with Data Lake environments and modern Enterprise Data platforms.
• Strong understanding of Data Architecture, Data Modeling, and Data Integration.
• Experience leading Data Governance and Data Quality initiatives.
• Experience working with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and IT organizations.
• Experience managing external vendors and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Sales.
• Fluent English.
