Role Description This is a contract, hybrid role based in West Jerusalem, with the flexibility to perform part of the work from home. The role focuses on writing, consulting, and ongoing support related to public tenders in the services and goods sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and reviewing tender documents, preparing responses and proposals, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and procedures. The role also involves advising clients on tender strategies, analyzing tender requirements, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and documentation. The person in this position will manage timelines, track tender submissions, and support continuous improvement of tender processes and templates.
Qualifications
- Experience in public tenders and procurement processes, including drafting, reviewing, and managing tender documentation.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret regulations, legal requirements, and technical specifications.
- Excellent written communication skills in Hebrew; good reading and writing ability in English is an advantage.
- Background in consulting, project management, or commercial/infrastructure projects, preferably with exposure to public sector work.
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organization, with the ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to work with digital document management tools.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, maintaining clear communication with team members and clients.
- Relevant academic degree (e.g., Law, Business, Public Administration, Engineering, or related field) is preferred but not mandatory with strong practical experience.
